Webkinz

I want this one -->

<---I own this one

Webkinz are stuffed animals that you can go online and play with them. Even if you don't have a computer, they are soft and cuddly. I only own 1 Frog right now and my brother just got 2 for his birthday and lizard and a black lab.

When you get to http://www.webkinz.com/, you have to sign in and let them know if you are a boy or girl, your birthday and more. You start out with some money and you have to buy food, clothes. bed, toys and more. Each one of your pets gets a present right of the bat too.

This one is Cool ------->

Pokemutations

First you take two Pokemon (my favorites are http://www.pe2k.com/ or http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/)

  • Copy (Ctrl +C) and Paste (Ctrl +V) them into Paint.
  • Once they are placed you start by recoloring.
  • You pick up the eyedropper tool and left click on the color you want to replace.
  • Next you right click on the color you want to replace it with.
  • Pick up the eraser...right click and drag all over the Pokemon that you want to change the color on (the color will only change in the area that you left clicked on)
  • repeat this process until its recolored to what you want

Suggestion: Use a dark colored pokemon and a light colored pokemon to make the recoloring easier.

  • Use the free form select and interchange the two pokemon together.

Here are some of the Pokemutations I have done:

Pogo Poppit!

When I first learned of Poppit, my husband and I were laying in bed with the laptop and he started playing this games. He was popping balloons...I kinda laughed at him and of course since I'm a caring wife, expressed that fact that I thought the game was mindless and DUMB!!

A few days later, my husband went out on the road again and guess how bored I got?? Yeah, I played Poppit...I was right, when you first start playing the game it is COMPLETELY mindless and then you get up in points and things seem to get harder, you actually have to come up with a strategy to clear the balloons. I'm completely addicted!

The Blue Slide by Jhon6789

One day I was waiting in line for the blue slide at "Splash Station". I waited and waited for what felt like forever. Soon I saw my mom and dad, so I excitedly waved. A few minutes later the guy behind me thought he was going to pass out because of how high we were. There were still 14 people in front of me, so I waited some more. It felt like an hour, but ten minutes later it was finally my turn.

I grabbed the medal bar, crossed my feet and down the slide I went. I don't know how fast I was going, but it was FAST, so fast that I went upside down in the tube and kept spinning. For a minute, I thought I was going through a portal until my adventure started coming to an end when I saw the light. I flew through that tube at so fast a speed I thought I would hit the wall and break my legs. But Nope, I didn't. I was so excited I wanted to run back up the stairs and do it all over again, but Mom said it was time to go home for now.

A few days later, we went back to "Splash Station" and I saw that the blue slide was closed. When I asked a lifeguard why it was closed. She said "People were hitting the end and breaking their legs." Wow..that is what I thought would happen to me.

Fremont Wrestling Club

Fremont has a wrestling club for kids. You have to be at least 3yrs old to join our club. I've been wrestling for 3 yrs now.

I go to wrestling touraments every weekend. This last weekend we had a tournament here in town at the private high school. We went early and I got to watch the Pre-K and K kids wrestle 1st. Then I wrestled my 1st kid and I lost that match. On my 2nd match, I won by points 10 to 0 that's as good as a pin. My dad bought me knee pads for the last match. On my last match, I won 4 to 2, we had become friends before the match so we kinda messed around on the match, but I still beat him. I took home a 2nd place medal.

Scout Camp at Camp Eagle

A few weeks ago, I got to go to Camp Eagle for Scouts. The Bears and Webelos got to stay the night. Wolfs and Tigers were not supposed to come, but my little brother was brought by my mom later and he's a Tiger.

We went on a hike and then went sledding. I hit my forehead on a tree 3 times. During the hike I felt like I was gunna fall on my back. My brothers went to "Killer Hill" which is a very large hill with a straight down drop. We also had to hike up that hill and it was almost impossible to go straight up the middle because it was so slippery and we ended up walking up the side, but my dad made it up the middle. I fell on my butt and slid backwards down the hill and my dad caught me. On our way back I asked my dad if he would throw me into a snow drift, but it wasn't that soft, it was actually covered in ice.
